We invite you to pay sacred attention to your body, emotions, mind, soul, and spirit!
In this workshop, we will dive into gentle, dynamic healing enactments of care between your inner supportive archetypes, which may include guides, gods and goddesses, angels, the energies expressed through yoga postures, supportive animals, parts of self, and inspirational beings from religion, literature, or life, etc., bringing our strengths to our vulnerabilities.
We will explore chakras one to seven, which hold and express the elemental and archetypal energy, our stages of life, vulnerabilities, and needs as well as our strengths. We will sense somatically the five elements and the qualities we need from each for balanced living. We are woven from each of these elements, and they are all found in each of our cells, layers of tissue, organs, and in between. We will also have an opportunity to sense the subtle experience of the element and sense organ related to its element. This awareness offers a way of orienting and exploring, taking in nourishment for the chakras and the wholeness of being.
These experiments center around the spinal curves, organs, and nerve plexuses found in the domain of the distinct chakras we are exploring, in this way grounding an adventure that could otherwise be more exclusively metaphysical.
Please join us on this journey to union within and hopefully greater peace in all realms.
