Please join us to meet the volunteers behind the yoga program at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility. Jill Lord, Paula Pierolivo, and Amy Jurkowitz will share their personal experiences and the challenges and rewards that come from their dedication to this vital resource for incarcerated women.
As this year's community donation recipient, this program is guaranteed a $500 donation from the Yoga Teachers Assocation. This amount can be augmented by your donation or with a bonus amount should YTA beat its financial goals for the 2023–24 program season.
Part of our call will be a discussion of how the funds might be used.
This event is free and open to the public, but we ask that you register so that we know who to expect.
