For online workshops, unless otherwise stated, the Zoom link will be included in the registration confirmation that is sent automatically upon receipt of payment. Please locate this e-mail well ahead of the workshop's start time. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox. We cannot guarantee registration or technical help the day of the workshop.

Please note that YTA currently does not pass along the cost of transaction fees; however, an admin fee will be deducted from any refund that is not due to cancellation on YTA's part. The admin fee is based on the workshop or other fee and will likely be roughly $2–3.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 24 hours of a workshop may result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Please notify us at yta_membership (at) ytayoga.com if you will be unable to attend.

Photo release: When you register for a workshop, you agree to allow Yoga Teachers Association of the Hudson Valley (YTA), its representatives and board members, to take photographs in connection with the workshop. You authorize YTA to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. You agree that YTA may use photographs for publicity, illustration, advertising, or web content. If you do not want your photo used, please inform YTA of your objection in writing and send to ytaeditor@gmail.com. Thank you!
